One of my coaching clients had a part of her action plan a daily task to contact by phone and as appropriate face to face. She struggled with organizing the task. She had a problem with a way to determine who to call and retrieving their number.

Part of the task was also to send a personal, hand written note card to each person after both the call and the visit.

We decided that since she used Top Producer as her database, the full phone report placed in a file folder along with the note cards, envelopes and stamps would facilitate the process. She now carries this file with her at all times to make calls and send cards.

She has reported that it has increased her comfort with the process. She is making more and more call and sending more and more cards.

She is meeting her goal in this area.
